Climate Week

Having started in March 2011,  climate change campaign begins again this week 12th - 18th March 2012.

The week will see events all over the country which will encourage people to create a more sustainable future. It is a showcase of practical solutions from every sector of society. Some of the big names are involved. Tesco have set themselves the target of being zero-carbon rated by 2050, without purchasing offsets. It's not too late to have fun taking part in the 'Eat Low Carbon'. Register your low carbon meal or recipe for Climate Week 2012. You can be part of a national movement to help create a sustainable way of eating.

Your meal will go on a map of the nation showing everyone who was involved with Climate Week and what they were eating. Or if you are a business you can register a larger scale meal on the website thereby gaining recognition from politicians and senior business figures, with some media coverage thrown in!
